Welcome to Shubh Strings. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Shubh Strings creates handcrafted, customized home décor and preservation products. As each product is individually designed and handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, and placement of decorative elements are a natural part of the craftsmanship and make every piece unique.

• Most of our products are made to order and customized according to customer requirements.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, spellings, dates, photographs, mantra text, artwork references, and other personalization details.
• A digital design/mock-up will be shared wherever applicable. Production begins only after receiving the customer's final approval.
• Any modifications requested after design approval or after production has started may incur additional charges and can extend the delivery timeline.

Since every product is handcrafted, production timelines vary depending on the product, design complexity, and order volume.

Varmala Preservation

Estimated Production Time: 15–25 Days

The preservation process depends significantly on the condition of the varmala received. The drying process alone typically requires 7–14 days, depending on weather conditions, humidity, and moisture content. Production begins only after the flowers are suitable for preservation.

Estimated Production Time: 7–10 Days

Production begins after the design, colours, and layout have been finalized and approved by the customer.

Estimated Production Time: 10–20 Days

Production time depends on the artwork selected, customization requested, size of the frame, and detailing involved.

Production begins after the final design has been approved by the customer.

Please Note: These timelines are estimates and may vary during festive seasons, adverse weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

An order is considered confirmed only after:

• Full payment or the agreed advance payment has been received.
• All customization details have been shared.
• Design approval (where applicable) has been provided by the customer.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be communicated once the product is ready for dispatch. As each product is custom-made and shipping costs vary based on the final dimensions, weight, and delivery location, it is not feasible to provide courier charges in advance.

We accept secure online payments through approved payment gateways.

Orders will not enter production until the required payment has been successfully received.

• Delivery timelines begin only after production is completed.
• Shipping timelines vary depending on the destination.
• Once the order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the customer.
• While we work with reliable courier partners, Shubh Strings cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

All products are carefully packed using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Customers are requested to inspect the package upon delivery and record an unboxing video before opening the product.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Share clear photographs, videos, and a complete unboxing video.
• Claims made without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or compensation.

After verification, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or another suitable solution.

Since our products are personalized and handcrafted:

• Customized and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• Refunds are only applicable if Shubh Strings is unable to fulfil the order.
• If a cancellation request is made before production begins, any applicable payment gateway charges or administrative charges may be deducted before processing the refund.

• Customers are advised to dispatch the varmala as soon as possible after the wedding to achieve the best preservation results.
• Natural flowers may undergo slight colour changes during the preservation process due to their organic nature.
• While we use premium preservation techniques, exact colour retention cannot be guaranteed.

The colours of products displayed on different mobile phones, tablets, or computer screens may vary slightly from the actual product due to display settings, lighting conditions, photography, and handcrafted finishing.

Minor variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

All product designs, artwork, photographs, logos, website content, and branding belong exclusively to Shubh Strings.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information during ordering.
• Review and approve designs carefully before production.
• Ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
• Handle handcrafted resin products with reasonable care.

Shubh Strings shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

Production and delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or supplier delays.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where Shubh Strings operates.
